We also have many of our clients attend a stretching class every week & we cater for stretching for runners. And no its male yoga! This is not yoga and classes are for everyone including the guy’s classes or runners especially if you are stiff ! We have specalised equipment to help you stretch. The idea with our method of stretching is to get you in to a comfortable position so you can stretch the desired muscle group. After consistently stretching with us one of our clients recently said “I am now getting up in the morning with no aches and pains and my lower back is nowhere near as stiff”, (50 year old, male).
Kids Fitness Groups
We have 3 kids fitness groups that run Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturdays. The sessions teach children about body awareness and correct movement patterns. We have a strength and running component and for the little ones we focus on game based exercises. We are not necessarily here to teach high performance (but we can), our training is more about teaching the children how to move well. Some of our coaches are versed in Positive Psychology techniques so we also work on the psychological aspect to encourage positivity and confidence. We absolutely love helping the kids and we all have great fun!
