Small Group Fitness

Benesse Group offers small group fitness classes and running groups in Melbourne. Our classes cater for everyone’s fitness levels including adults, kids and teenagers. We offer strength and conditioning classes, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and running groups.  Our classes are run in a private setting in a small boutique studio in Thornbury.  Not only do we work hard and get fitter and stronger in our small group sessions we connect with others and make new friends. Small Group Fitness really does have many benefits.

All our Small Group Fitness classes are at our private studio in Thornbury. We also have running sessions held at Chelsworth Park, Ivanhoe or George Knott Reserve Athletics Track, Heidelberg Road, Clifton Hill.   Please call us today if you or your children are keen to get fit.

How can you find us?

All our strength and conditioning sessions are at George Knott Reserve Athletic Track, Heidelberg Road, Clifton Hill. Our running sessions are held at Chelsworth Park, Ivanhoe. All session are for 45 minutes.
